Authentic HK style Cafe, super delicious food! I really appreciate authentic Chinese food in this neighborhood that is not overwhelmed with sauces/oil to make it taste flavorful. Everything is fresh, making it healthy and my go to restaurant in the area. Space is clean, dishes meticulously done, and overall relaxing ambience that includes great customer service, yummy food, easy parking and quick service. What more can you ask for? Thank you for making my tummy happy every time (I have a sensitive stomach with freq gi issues when I eat bad food).

Travelling from HK to san francisco for the first time, this place is near my hotel and i was missing home food. The milk tea is even better than a lot of char charn tengs in HK. 10/10 for the milk tea. The staff said they use three types of tea to make it, i am very impressed and would recommend to everyone who knows how HK real milk tea taste like. Also it has no sugar and you can add your own which i love, as i like to drink it sugarless to feel the real taste. It is suitable for people who dont like sweet at all and can taste the tea flavor. 100% authentic. I was not impressed by the food though i would recommend everyone to try their milk tea.

Great HK noodle spot. I love wonton noodle soup and I’m very picky about the noodles and this place nails it. The high quality is the same for both take out and dine-in as well. This is the bowl they provide if get take-out, the broth is packaged separately. They have a great homemade chili sauce as well. The wontons are pork and shrimp and have a great flavor and texture. Ambiance - great for lunch, there is always a batch of people in there but not so many that you’ll need to wait. Not fancy, but clean and efficient. Overall, great quality delicious food. On my list of top take out spots in San Francisco!

Best thin wonton noodles! The noodles were nice and bouncy, great texture. Broth was just the right amount of spicy for a cold day. The wonton were a good balance between pork and shrimp. The beef brisket was tender and flavorful. I definitely would recommend the food here! It's not cheap eats but still worth it. There was a bit of a table mix up and our credit card was put onto the table next to us and charged an additional tab that wasn't ours. They refunded cash for the tab that wasn't ours but caused a bit of confusion.

Beyond Cafe has decent cart style noodles. I do love the variety of their menu. You can take your pick on the broth type, the noodles type, thin or thick, toppings or go with the popular dishes. We picked the popular dishes, braised beef brisket thick noodle 15 (with the option to pick just the tendons) Szechuan spicy brisket noodles 14, curry beef brisket rice 16.50, tender greens with oyster sauce 14, soy sauce wings 11 and some HK style milk teas 4.50. Out of all the dishes, I enjoyed the curry beef brisket rice the most. They are not fancy or best tasting in the bay area for these types of dishes. Beyond Cafe excels at the different options available. Service was excellent. Good job staff at Beyond Cafe.

Definitely a rare fine. I think this is the best wonton noodle outside of guangzhou. You have to try their mango pudding. Chicken wing was superb and different. Their milk tea will send you into orbit. Let's not forget their fried calamari. I have never seen tentacles that big.

We drove 380 miles to try this place (also for a wedding), LOL. The food was good and cheap, not cheap in quality, but cheap as in . Ample street metered parking all around. Authentic HK food and taste. The wonton noodles, the honey/garlic or honey/ginger chicken "lollipops" and the pork belly buns were my favs. Everything else was simple HK dishes and favorites done well.

We’ve driven by beyond cafe many times and finally came to try it. There aren’t many HK cart noodle spots in the city so we were eager to stop by for a taste. We ordered the braised beef brisket noodles and cart noodles (4 options). Most importantly, soup base was piping hot! We will be back!
